About Spirit

Each person conceptualizes Spirit through a uniquely individual, spiritual imprint. Recognizing the experience of Spirit as deeply personal, ALL perspectives and experiences are honored, respected, valued, and appreciated.

My use of the singular term "Spirit" in coaching, workshops, all workshop materials, and this website is all encompassing and represents all terms used to describe Spirit. Common terms for Spirit include but are not limited to: Divine, God, Source, Spirit Guides, Jesus, Light, spirits (loved ones who have passed), Buddha, Yahweh, The Holy Spirit, Universe, Energy, Higher Power, Saints, Angels, etc.

About Diversity

The InSpirit Community is a diverse and inclusive community that welcomes persons of any race, religion, non-religion, spirituality, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, or neurodiversity.

As a lesbian, my coaching services are accessible and inclusive to the LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities as we work toward a more accepting and inclusive world.
